The Convention will be organized in a group of general sessions of conferences and round tables for political issues and environmental management that are of interests for the five events being organized by the Convention as following:
• 7th Congress of Environmental Education for Sustainable Development • 6th Congress on Protected Areas • Fourth Congress on Environmental Management • First Congress on Climate Change • Second Congress on Management of Ecosystems and Biodiversity
Each of the congresses will count with a specific organization in which the following modalities will be joined: symposiums, round tables, conferences, special sessions, oral issues and posters that will allow the presentation of invited works and scientific articles, also the carrying out of debates on specific aspects.
Those interested could ask for the presentation modality to the Scientific Committee (oral, poster) however, the committee will keep the right of defining the modality and will communicate it to the author.
Free oral issues: They will be presented in thematic sessions. They will count with ten minutes for the presentation and five minutes for questions and answers. Free issues in posters: Works will deal with fundamental themes of the Convention. There will be an assigned area for the presentation of posters, which will be presented in a 95 centimetres format (horizontal width) and 150 centimetres (vertical length). Each work will have day and hour assigned for its presentation within the scientific program. The author will be present at the said hour to answer possible questions.
